Joining Suffolk County Council as a Social Worker provides the opportunity to Protect, Empower and Change the lives of those in our community and make a real difference to the people of Suffolk. 

This is a big task that will not always be easy however we have created an environment of support and development that will enable our Social Work staff to flourish. 
 
You will join a supportive team with regular supervision, a manageable caseload and balanced case allocation. We have a passionate senior management team providing clear leadership, support and guidance.
 
As well as all of this we have a clear career path for our Social Work staff and will provide the support that you require to follow the path that you choose.
